Best. Sushi. EVER!

After a grueling day of piano workshops at the Yamaha Kagegawa factory, our Yamaha liaison Kazu-san treats us to one of the finest sushi dinners I have ever experienced in his hometown of Hamematsu.

In addition to the incredible food, Kazu-san shares his passion for sake from different regions of Japan, each with their distinct flavors shaped by their natural environments. My favorite was the second one we tried, Tatayama sake from Mt. Fuji region, but they were all amazing, varied, and complex!
